Using this site
You may use this site to learn about TIDE and to contact us. Please don’t:
- try to get into parts of the site, or our systems, that aren’t meant to be public;
- send us spam, or anything unlawful, harmful or offensive through our forms;
- copy the site’s content or design for your own product.
The sign-in page only points you to your hotel’s own TIDE. Signing in there is covered by your hotel’s arrangements with us.
Prices and quotes
Prices on the pricing page are indicative estimates in Thai baht, excluding VAT, worked out from what you tell us. They are not an offer. Your actual price is set out in a written proposal after we’ve talked about your hotel, and only applies once we have both signed an agreement.
Our content
The text, design, illustrations and the TIDE name and logo on this site belong to GTDS or are used with permission. The screens shown on the site are illustrations and do not contain real hotel or guest data.

Where we link to other websites, we aren’t responsible for their content or how they work.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the site’s content. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Thai law.
