TIDE is made by GTDS, a small software company in Thailand. It gathers the jobs, requests, checks and stock of hotels, resorts, restaurants and golf clubs into one calm list that everyone can see.
Why TIDE exists
In most hotels the work gets done. The trouble is that nobody can see it.
A tap gets reported on the radio. A room’s status lives on a clipboard. Stock is counted on Sunday, if someone remembers. Guest requests go through three people before they reach the one who can help. Each department has its own sticky notes, its own group chat and its own spreadsheet, and the duty manager spends the shift chasing.
TIDE puts all of it on one calm list. Every job has an owner, a deadline and a status that everyone can see. When something slips, TIDE notices before a guest does.
We’re building it with hotel teams in Thailand, starting with the department that carries the most weight: maintenance. The others follow the same idea.
How we build it

Built for the people on the floor
Housekeepers, technicians and stewards do most of the work, and many don’t read much English. So TIDE uses big cards, pictures, colour and voice, in Thai, English and Burmese.

A hotel doesn’t change everything in a week. Start with the department that hurts most and add the rest when your team is ready. Each one is set up for how your hotel already works.

Each hotel runs on its own database, kept apart from everyone else’s. Your hotel’s branding leads; TIDE stays in the background.
